Apply and encourage creative thinking around new ways of working and deliver training where applicable to maximise adoption.

Provide insights on innovative technologies or approaches that could further the development of knowledge management within the NAO.

Lead the development of enterprise information architecture including the development of and enterprise Taxonomy that supports the search and discovery needs of the NAO.
