About the Role

We are looking for a talented

Senior

Dental Lab Technician

to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, artistic ability, and a passion for creating high-quality ceramic restorations. You will be working closely with our dentists and technicians to produce crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations that combine both function and aesthetics.

What You'll Do

Create and finish ceramic dental restorations (crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays/onlays, implants). Layer, stain, and glaze ceramics for a natural look and accurate shade match. Work from dentist prescriptions, scans, and impressions. Use and maintain ceramic ovens, CAD/CAM equipment, and lab tools. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest quality results. Stay up to date with the latest materials and digital dentistry techniques.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Dental Technician with ceramic focus. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and aesthetics. Skilled in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing. CAD/CAM experience (preferred but not essential). Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

Qualification in Dental Technology (or equivalent). 2+ years' ceramics experience (preferred).
