The Role
We are seeking an experienced Laser Therapist to join our clinic. This client-facing role involves delivering advanced skin treatments, conducting comprehensive consultations, and creating personalised treatment and homecare plans. You will guide clients through their aesthetic journey, ensuring outstanding results and a high-touch, luxury experience. We also provide professional development and training opportunities to help you stay at the forefront of the aesthetic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced treatments, including laser and energy-based therapies (BBL, Moxi, HIFU, microneedling, radiofrequency-microneedling), medical-grade facials, skin peels, and skin-tightening therapies.
Conduct thorough skin assessments and tailor treatment plans to individual client needs.
Prescribe and recommend professional skincare, including iS Clinical and Obagi Medical.
Create and send GetHarley Plans for clients with acne, pigmentation, or other skin concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked treatment environment.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with clinic procedures and data protection requirements.
Report client complaints or incidents immediately to the Manager.
Deliver a high-touch, personalised experience to an affluent clientele.
Requirements
Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Advanced Skin Therapy (or equivalent).
3+ years of hands-on laser treatment expertise (not including hair removal)
Professional, approachable, and committed to luxury client service.
