Nude London is a growing lash and brow salon based in Vauxhall, with a reputation for high-quality treatments and a friendly, professional team. We currently have four part-time technicians and are looking for an experienced

Senior/Master Lash Technician

who is also ready to take on a

Salon Manager role

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves their craft but also wants to step up into leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the salon day to day.

The Role

We are seeking a confident and highly skilled lash & brow artist who can take charge of evening appointments while also managing the salon's operations. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives both in delivering treatments and in running a business behind the scenes who would like to grow with the salon.

Typical schedule:

Weekdays:

Arrive at

3 pm

for management duties, then see clients until closing time. Monday & Tuesday - close 9 pm Wednesday & Thursday - close 8 pm Friday - close 7 pm

Weekends:

Flexible hours available between

11:30 am - 6 pm

(treatments only).
There is potential to increase responsibilities and hours with time.

Responsibilities

As a Lash & Brow Technician:

Deliver lash extension and brow services to a high standard. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring every client feels valued and cared for. Provide advice on aftercare and help clients achieve their desired look.

As a Salon Manager:

Oversee daily salon operations during your shifts. Manage and motivate a small team of 4 part-time staff. Handle stock management: ordering, checking, and tracking usage. Assist with invoices, basic bookkeeping, and supplier relationships. Coordinate marketing activities, including social media scheduling and promotions. Ensure salon standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism are always maintained. Be the point of contact for client queries, complaints, or escalations. Support the owner by taking on responsibility when she is unavailable.

What We're Looking For

At least

2-3 years' experience

as a lash technician, ideally at senior or master level. Strong skills in classic, hybrid, and volume lash sets and lash lifts, plus brow threading, tinting and lamination treatments. Previous salon management or team leadership experience (desirable, not essential if you're willing to learn). Highly organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of salon operations.
