The role

We're looking for a reliable, client-focused and experienced

Senior Lash Technician

to join our team part-time (2-3 days per week, 10am-8pm). You'll work with a loyal client base that primarily wears volume lashes, so confidence in creating handmade fans is essential. We provide onboarding training and ongoing support to help you grow and thrive within the salon.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality eyelash extension services tailored to individual client needs and preferences Create lash set applications to a professional standard Deliver an outstanding client experience through excellent communication and customer service Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work area at all times Support salon operations by being punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Promote services and products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction Contribute to content creation and social media promotion when possible

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in lash extensions Skilled in

creating handmade volume fans

Exceptional customer service and communication skills Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented approach Friendly and professional manner with both clients and colleagues Right to work in the UK Social media or marketing awareness is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: From 13,000.00 per year
