Senior Lawn Technician

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating from an approximate 20 mile radius from Horley, you'll typically visit 10+ residential properties per day (fewer for larger lawns), delivering premium lawn care services using high-quality equipment, organic-based fertilisers, and your extensive turf knowledge. You'll also build trusted relationships with your customers - offering advice, solving problems, and helping them love their lawns.

Your day-to-day will include:

Representing Lawn Tiger with a

friendly, professional, can-do attitude

Seasonal treatments: fertilising, weed and moss control, wetting agents & more Conducting lawn surveys and providing condition updates (written & verbal) Diagnosing issues and creating tailored treatment plans Confidently recommending & quoting for additional beneficial services Lawn renovation (seasonal): scarifying, aerating, overseeding, and top-dressing Using your experience and skills to be part of a team to help onboard and train new staff
While you'll mostly work independently, you'll never feel alone - our office and field teams are always there to support you. You'll typically visit the same customers 5-6 times a year, building long-term relationships based on great service and trust.

What We're Looking For:

We're after someone with several years of solid turf care experience and a naturally positive, personable approach. You'll be just as confident offering friendly advice to customers as you are handling a knapsack sprayer.

You'll need:

Proven experience in lawn care services, turf care or greenkeeping PA1/PA6 certification Hands-on experience and skilled with knapsack and mechanised boom sprayers, fertiliser spreaders, scarifiers, and aerators, overseeders, mowers, top dressers Ability to identify and treat lawn problems with confidence Ability to lead lawn renovation work as part of a team A

friendly, professional, and approachable

personality A "can do" attitude and a willingness to pitch in when needed High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work Good written communication and numeracy Confident & capable driver of medium & large vans Full, clean UK driving licence Trailer experience would be great but training can be given. For operational reasons,

you'll need to be based within a 45-minute drive of Horley,

Surrey (during rush hour)
