About the Role:
You'll provide expert advice on property matters, handling both routine and complex cases. Your knowledge of key legislation--Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Local Government Act 1972, Localism Act 2011, Housing Act 1985, Academy Act 2010--will be invaluable. Based at Sand Martin House, you'll report to the Principal Lawyer and play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services.
