Senior Learning & Development Business Partner
to join our team at

, where we deliver critical services to some of the UK's most respected organisations. This is a high-impact role, working closely with business leaders to design, deliver, and embed learning initiatives that elevate performance and build future capability.
About the Role:
As a Senior L&D Business Partner, you'll consult with leadership teams, aligning learning strategies with divisional goals. You'll design and deliver innovative learning programmes, facilitate impactful sessions, champion digital learning, and support a culture of continuous development. This role also includes leading on apprenticeship programmes, supporting key projects, and mentoring other L&D professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and shape divisional learning strategies.
Design and deliver inclusive, engaging, and outcome-focused learning programmes.
Lead on digital learning solutions, LMS management, and content development.
Analyse learning effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage apprenticeship programmes, from provider liaison to learner support.
Drive a culture of learning across the organisation through key initiatives and events.
Coach and mentor the wider L&D team and support their professional growth.
Project manage key learning initiatives aligned to Wilson James' strategic goals.

What we are looking for:
Essential:
+ Significant experience in L&D, including at a senior/strategic level.
+ Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning interventions.
+ Experience managing apprenticeships and the apprenticeship levy.
+ Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
+ Proficient with LMS and e-learning tools; confident in implementing digital learning.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong data analysis skills to measure learning outcomes.
+ CIPD or Level 3 Education & Training qualification.
+ Leads by example, upholding values and ethics in everything they do.
+ Drives continuous improvement through insight and innovation.
+ Creates an inclusive learning environment that supports equity and opportunity.
