Senior Learning Lead - GMP (Graphics, Media, Photography)

Salary: 37,853 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Learning Lead to head our vibrant Graphics, Media, Photography department. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Senior Learning Lead for Graphics, Media, Photography, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the department. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, ultimately empowering our students to achieve their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide strong and effective leadership to the Graphics, Media, Photography department.

Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.

Monitor and evaluate student progress and implement appropriate interventions.

Lead and support the professional development of the Graphics, Media, Photography team.

Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the College.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to college policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

A degree or higher, preferably in a Graphics, Media, Photography - related subject.

A recognised teaching qualification.

A strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching, learning

Proven ability to demonstrate effective leadership qualities.

Subject specialist knowledge in Graphics, Media, Photography.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate others.
