Join the founding academic team at St Mary's School of Medicine and play a key role in shaping the curriculum and identity of our new MBBS programme. St Mary's School of Medicine is seeking an experienced anatomy educator to lead the development and delivery of anatomy teaching across our innovative MBBS programme. You will coordinate lectures, workshops, and digital anatomy sessions using tools such as Anatomage, and ensure alignment with GMC standards.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the identity and curriculum of a new values-led medical school, contribute to interdisciplinary learning, and influence the future of medical education. The successful candidate will also be considered for one of our strategic leadership roles: Student Selected Components (SSCs), Digital Health & AI, or Academic Tutoring.

A successful candidate will have:

Fellowship of Advance HE (HEA) or equivalent or willingness to work towards. Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards PGCHE. Postgraduate qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject. Proven experience in designing and delivering anatomy teaching in higher education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Commitment to professional development, including willingness to undertake training in teaching and assessment. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to curriculum development.
