Role

As Senor Lecturer of Economics, you will be responsible for the teaching and development of undergraduate and postgraduate courses; support the faculty\'s standards of quality and innovation in teaching; supervise dissertations and support students on placements.You will contribute to the development of the subject area and related programmes; attend departmental meetings and participate in other committees of the School, Faculty and University undertake such specific departmental roles and management functions as may be required, including the tutoring of students, setting and marking assignments, preparing relevant course reports and attending course boards as professionally required.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful, you will have achieved a Postgraduate degree or PhD in Economics or related discipline. You must demonstrate your experience and expertise in teaching micro-economics; have the to present information in a variety of methods appropriate to the needs of the audience; demonstrate your ability to contribute to the scholarly and income generation activities of the division.
