Brunel Business School has an ambitious, quality driven strategy, which will help us strengthen our position as a world-class Business School in research, education and enterprise. As an AMBA, AACSB, PRME and Small Business Charter, accredited Business School we are seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals for education and research senior lectureship to play a crucial role in the School achieving its vision. The Business School is an integral part of the University with successful undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, a large PhD portfolio as well as an MBA.

The Division of Global Management of Brunel Business School brings together renowned academics that research on, and teach in, a wide range of strategy and International Business topics such as International Business in Emerging Markets, International Business Strategy, International Strategic Innovation Management and International Entrepreneurship. Colleagues in the Division have published in in 4-star \xe2\x80\x98World Elite\xe2\x80\x99 and 4-star journals and have recently attracted research grants from funding bodies such as the British Academy, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), The United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the Leverhulme Trust.

We would like to hear from applicants with a relevant PhD in Strategy, International Business or related areas, along with evidence of research outputs through a track record of high-quality publications, ideally at a minimum ABS 3* level (or equivalent standing) and/or research grant income. You will have strong leadership skills and clear plans for current and future research together with experience of teaching in any area of strategy and International Business. You will also demonstrate a robust interest in innovative approaches to teaching and be expected to provide research support (as appropriate) and mentoring to others in the group.

Brunel has a strong track-record of securing research funding from EU and other international sources. Regardless of the long-term future for UK participation in Horizon Europe, Brunel will continue to ensure that staff have access to non-EU research funding, and we will continue to support our many bilateral collaborations within the EU and will remain an active member of YERUN.
