Job Description

Allied Pharmacies is a group of 175 pharmacies across the UK including an online pharmacy brand with over 1,000 employees. About the Role Working closely with the Directors and the senior leadership team, you will primarily provide legal support on all commercial property matters, including: Drafting and negotiating new leases, variations to leases and termination of leases Dealing with rent reviews Diarising and informing the relevant stakeholders of key dates within all commercial leases and property matters Advising on all property matters Managing all property disputes Advising and managing transfers of leases through acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies with commercial property. You will also be prepared advise the business on other areas of law as required. Key Skills and Requirements: UK Qualified Solicitor with significant demonstrable experience in commercial property. In-house legal experience is desirable but not necessary, strong communication skills, ability to manage busy workload in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail and accuracy.
