Job Description

As Senior Construction Counsel based in the West Midlands, you'll lead legal oversight for major housing projects, manage construction-related disputes, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
The Senior Construction Counsel will be:
Providing legal guidance on construction contracts and disputes.
Managing risk and compliance across construction projects.
Advising senior management on legal strategy and policy.
Leading negotiations with contractors and stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

The Senior Construction Counsel should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years' PQE in construction law.
Experienced in managing complex construction contracts and disputes.
Proficient in advising on risk management and compliance.
