Senior Legal Counsel Glasgow
Job Description
This leading organisation is recruiting an In-House Legal Counsel to join its Glasgow-based legal team, supporting an increased volume of commercial contracts across its UK entities. This role will report directly to the UK Legal Director and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including supplier agreements, service contracts, and NDAs. You will provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with UK law and travel-sector regulations, manage contractual risks, and handle disputes where needed. This is a hands-on, advisory role requiring both autonomy and collaboration across departments.
Applicants should be qualified in Scotland and ideally have 5+ years' PQE, with in-house experience preferred. Strong contract law knowledge, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness are essential. Experience advising on contracts within the travel industry would be advantageous.
