About the Role
This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The role offers broad exposure to commercial, IP, and IT matters, with a strong focus on EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of agreements including sales contracts, software licenses, collaboration and service agreements, and IP-related deals
- Support strategic initiatives and product development from a legal perspective
- Contribute to policy development and provide legal input on high-value commercial transactions
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in global technology contracts, ideally with exposure to open-source or enterprise software
- At least two years in-house at a large technology organisation (preferably supplier-side)
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
