Senior Legal Counsel

to join our dynamic In-House Legal team.

What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll:

Lead on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts across a diverse client base. Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders. Play a pivotal role in strategic projects and commercial initiatives. Help shape risk management and compliance frameworks, including data privacy and regulatory matters. Occasionally step into the shoes of the Legal & Insurance Director, contributing at board and executive level.

What You'll Bring

A qualified lawyer (UK, Ireland, or Commonwealth) with

5+ years PQE

, ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house experience. Expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance (GDPR, competition law), and risk mitigation. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative spirit and a passion for innovation--especially in tech or regulated environments.
