We are looking for a
Senior Legal Counsel
to help us comply with UK financial regulations and support our expansion into new markets.###
Responsibilities
Providing legal advice on regulatory compliance for Zen.com's operations in the UK financial sector Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including terms & conditions, agreements, and customer notifications Preparing corporate documents, such as board/shareholder meeting minutes and regulatory filings Monitoring and interpreting legal and regulatory changes affecting the company's business operations

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in the financial sector Excellent knowledge of UK laws, especially financial sector regulations Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations would be a strong plus Result-oriented mindset with the ability to find creative solutions
