Key Responsibilities:
Meet, register, and qualify prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Schedule and conduct professional property viewings, highlighting key features to potential tenants.
Maintain consistent communication with applicants and landlords, documenting all interactions in the company database.
Deliver accurate rental valuations and provide up-to-date market insights to landlords.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Skillfully negotiate tenancy agreements and offers to secure the best terms for clients.
Monitor and analyze local market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Train and guide new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a letting negotiator.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Licenses/Certifications:
Full, clean UK driving license (essential).
ARLA Level 3 or 4 (advantageous).
Technical Proficiency:
Rightmove Plus.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Prior team leadership experience.
