Senior Lettings Consultant

to play a key role in shaping our lettings department and setting the standard for how we operate.

The Role

As Senior Lettings Consultant, you will take ownership of the lettings process from instruction through to move in, delivering a seamless and professional service to landlords and tenants alike. You will act as a trusted point of contact, representing the Winn Estates brand with confidence, discretion and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a high-quality lettings portfolio Conducting market appraisals and advising landlords with authority and insight Negotiating offers and securing successful tenancies Overseeing compliance and ensuring best practice at every stage Building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts Supporting the development of systems, processes and standards within the business

About You

You will be an experienced lettings professional who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service and thrives in a refined, client-led environment.

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator (or a strong Lettings Negotiator ready to step up) Possesses excellent local market knowledge or a strong desire to develop it Is commercially astute, well-presented and highly organised Communicates with confidence, warmth and professionalism Enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a close knit team Shares our ambition to build something special
