Job Description
Our client are a prestigious and well-established real estate agency who have a fantastic reputation in Prime Central London are looking to add a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team.Ideally, you will have a proven track record in high-end property lettings, a deep understanding of the Prime Central London market, and market appraisal experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire lettings process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords & tenants
- Negotiate rental terms and secure tenancy agreements
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a lettings negotiator role, preferably within Prime Central London.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of lettings transactions.
- Ideally, ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
