This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator based in Camden Town.The Senior Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:
xe2x97x8f Managing landlord and tenant matters
xe2x97x8f Actively look to generate more lettings instructions
xe2x97x8f Conducting property viewings
xe2x97x8f Negotiating tenancy agreements
xe2x97x8f Providing exceptional customer service to our close and long standing Landlords
xe2x97x8f Maintain updated property listings via our CRM system
xe2x97x8f Work to achieve monthly company targets Qualifications
xe2x97x8f Expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters
xe2x97x8f Up to date knowledge of legislation governing the Lettings process in the UK
xe2x97x8f Experience working working in residential lettings
xe2x97x8f Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
xe2x97x8f Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
xe2x97x8f Ability to work independently and as part of a team
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of the London property market Benefitsxe2x97x8f xc2xa328,000 to xc2xa330,000 basic salary based on experience
xe2x97x8f Generous commission structure
xe2x97x8f Monthly travel allowance
