Overview

The Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will manage and market a portfolio of stunning properties, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive new business. You'll play a vital role in property listings, viewings, marketing, and negotiations, ensuring every property is presented to its best and facilitating smooth transitions for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Listing & Marketing: List, manage, and market properties, taking professional photos and writing engaging descriptions. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert advice on market trends, rental prices, and property standards. Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate terms (e.g., rent, deposits, tenancy lengths), ensuring high occupancy levels. Business Development: Generate new business through networking, referrals, and attending local events. Represent West One Lettings as a brand ambassador in the community. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of tenancy agreements, referencing, and contracts in line with legislation. Collaboration & Support: Provide support to the rest of the lettings team with property management tasks, including rent reviews and renewals.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in the property or lettings industry is highly desirable. Proven success in property sales, lettings, or a customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage relationships and offer customer-centric solutions. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of current rental property legislation. Familiarity with online property portals and social media marketing. Full UK driving license (or equivalent) and access to a car.
