The office is now recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator to work within a small dedicated team of experienced professionals providing a knowledgeable, efficient and highly professional service. The role involves all aspects of the lettings and property management process including:-
gaining landlord instructions and marketing properties as available to let
conducting tenant viewings and processing applications for tenancy
conducting property inspections and inventories
dealing with property maintenance issues
handling all daily enquiries
The role will be expected to take on some management and project duties, therefore is ideally suited to an experienced lettings professional who is seeking to progress their career into lettings management.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and property listings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for business appointments
- Previous lettings experience is essential
