Insurance Adviser

to join our expanding team.

We now offer two exciting opportunities:

Office-based roles

at our Ammanford location.

Work-from-home roles

for advisers who successfully complete

two weeks of in-office business procedure training

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities



Provide tailored advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection. Identify the most suitable cover options through research and quotation systems. Liaise with underwriters to clarify any risk factors (e.g., health conditions, hobbies, or occupations). Submit and manage policy applications from start to completion. Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and build rapport with clients nationwide. Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and fully compliant with FCA regulations. Maintain a clear and proactive sales pipeline , keeping clients informed every step of the way. Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For



Essential Experience:



Experienced with a proven background in Life insurance or protection advice with exceptional success rates (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection). Experience in using direct insurer portals or protection platform software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Focus on customer care and ethical sales practices. Confident negotiation skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach. Minimum 1 year experience advising Life Insurance Products in a similar role

Confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with accurate documentation. Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable working to targets while maintaining client-first values. Team-oriented, collaborative, and supportive. Strong time management in a busy environment. FCA regulation compliance mindset--transparency, integrity, and accountability are essential.

Working Hours & Benefits



35 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Uncapped commission structure Career progression and long-term stability

Location Options:



Office-based: Ammanford Remote: Available for experienced candidates upon successful completion of

2 weeks' in-office business procedure training and monitoring
