Are you confident in overseeing building management and health & safety compliance tasks, including fire alarm checks, risk assessments, and maintenance coordination?
Have you previously worked in a role where you coordinated with multiple agencies or departments (e.g., housing, adult social care, community groups) to support tenants or service users?
Are you passionate about supporting older adults to live independently in a safe and welcoming environment? We're looking for a proactive individual with experience in housing or support services, strong building and compliance management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with tenants and partner organisations. If you thrive in a role that combines people skills with practical management, we'd love to hear from you.
