National Mobility Hire is the leading supplier of fleet mobility services and locker equipment in the UK. We are one of the only companies in Europe specialising in the supply of mobility equipment and lockers. We serve many of Europe's best-known attractions and venues in addition to attending to the requirements of our many domestic customers.

We are looking to recruit a senior locker technician to join our growing team based in Leicestershire.

/ Responsibilities

Responsibility for the installation and maintenance of locker systems to new and established sites in the UK and Europe to include: -

Ordering new equipment in a timely manner and arranging packing and shipping to new sites.

Overseeing installations from planning through to completion.

Demonstration of the operation of locker systems to clients

Identification of faults and performance of on-site repairs including remote access diagnosis.

Arranging and managing regular maintenance visits.

Infinite scope to progress further within the company and to develop the role.

Supervision of junior technicians.

Required Abilities and Skills

Supervisory or managerial experience.

Practical and mechanically minded.

Confident in undertaking mechanical repairs including the use of power tools etc.

Organised and with an eye for detail.

Experience servicing or maintaining equipment.

Ability to work independently and/or with limited supervision.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Exhibit a professional attitude as a representative of the company.

Good IT skills - some knowledge of networking would be advantageous.

Willingness to travel to international sites on a regular basis.

Happy to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Valid driver's licence.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

At least two years relevant or transferable experience required.

Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend working is possible)

Salary

Starting salary in the region of 35k dependent on experience.
