As a Senior Logistics Programme Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless integration of complex logistics programmes across our global supply chain network. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of logistics initiatives, while aligning with strategic business objectives. Your key duties will include leading the development and execution of integration strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will also champion best practices in logistics programme management and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in logistics or supply chain programme management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, enabling you to manage complex project dependencies and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in change management, process optimisation, and the use of programme management tools is essential. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required; a relevant professional certification (such as PMP or Prince2) is highly desirable.
