Summary

We are seeking a passionate Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at The Early Years Community. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education while fostering a safe and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery room team to deliver high-quality childcare and early education. Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's development. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress. Support staff development through training and mentoring opportunities. Create a welcoming environment that encourages exploration and creativity among children.

Requirements

Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 27,476.00-28,724.00 per year
