An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management Accountant to join the Accounts Team.
In this role, you will lead and manage the Management Accounting Team to deliver monthly management accounts to a variety of stakeholders. Ensure finance policies and procedures are followed. Ensure grant and income claims are completed accurately and timely. Support the Finance Operations Manager in the management, delivery and continuous improvement of the Finance Operations function.
The successful candidate will be Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent with experience of working in a management accounting or similar role in a large Finance function. You must be extremely analytical with strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data, identifying and highlighting trends to infer meaning and facilitate action. Good communication and co-ordination skills with a customer-focussed and results driven mentality are also essential
