Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and hands-on finance function, where you'll play a key role in shaping the financial control function as the firm is going its next phase of its growth. Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end process and oversee preparation of management accounts and cashflow analysis.
Compile and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and multi-currency bank accounts.
Support quarterly VAT and FCA returns, annual budget planning, and external audit processes.
Supervise one junior team member.
Contribute to finance transformation projects including automation and system integration.

Requirements:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
Background in Financial Services (FinTech or high-growth Tech environment)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
