Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? Quadient is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and supporting a major system migration. Why this role matters
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our month-end processes, revenue recognition, and financial analysis for one of our leading business solutions. Your expertise will ensure compliance, integrity, and insightful reporting that drives strategic decisions.
What you'll do

• Manage month-end processes including revenue recognition, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and fixed asset register.
• Support audits, VAT filings, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with FP&A on forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications
What you bring

• Qualified accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with industry experience.
• Expertise in revenue recognition for SaaS businesses (ASC 606 / IFRS 15 preferred).
• Strong IT skills: Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics essential, SAP and Hyperion a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
• A collaborative approach with energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
