About Us

The Tommy Banks Group is a growing hospitality business including Michelin-starred restaurants, boutique accommodation, and multi-site venues. We are now strengthening our internal finance function and looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to support day-to-day financial reporting and operational insight.

The Role

You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, VAT, inter-company accounting, cashflow support and oversight of AP/AR. You'll work with the Finance Director, operations teams and external accountants to ensure accuracy, structure and financial clarity across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations Produce month-end commentary and financial insight Prepare VAT returns and maintain ledger integrity Manage inter-company recharges, invoices and journals Maintain inter-company schedules across multiple entities Oversee AP/AR processes and support two finance assistants Reconcile revenue, bank accounts and payment platforms Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow Improve reporting, controls and financial processes

What We're Looking For

Strong management accounting experience Able to deliver month-end independently Accurate, organised and analytical Multi-entity or hospitality experience desirable Excellent Excel skills Good communicator with non-finance stakeholders Qualified, part-qualified or QBE welcome
