The Role
As a Senior Management Accountant, you will be at the heart of our financial function.
Your role will involve producing monthly financial reports, handling routine financial processes, and driving key financial analysis to support our business objectives. You will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for system improvements and ensuring that all financial activities align with our company standards. This role offers you the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic and supportive team, contributing directly to our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
The Person
You will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who may be working towards your CIMA/ ACCA Qualification, however if you can demonstrate extensive knowledge of running a finance function, we would love to hear from you. Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to
do the right thing.
What your day will look like:
Completing routine processes such as raising Journals in line with business schedules
Full Production of Month End Board Park
Production of KPls and analysis
Ensuring our customers' requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.
Key Skills
Part or fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Knowledge of MRI Qube
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
