The Role
London Business School require a Senior Manager, Academic Quality to join us on a permanent basis. You will collaborate with senior academics to enhance and implement the School's academic framework and regulations. You will lead the development and management of policies related to student casework, act as the first point of contact for students and stakeholders, and provide expert advice to panels. You will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancing the academic quality framework.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior academics and support the work of academic committees.
Lead the enhancement and implementation of the academic quality framework.
Develop the academic quality manual and manage student casework.
Provide data analysis and termly reporting, identifying trends for improvement.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification with experience in UK higher education or quality assurance.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Sound knowledge of policies, regulations, and legislation within the field.
Experience in leading projects, developing policies, and managing stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
