We are re looking for the right person to drive relationships with some of our strategic partners and work as part of the UK acquiring team as Senior Manager Account Executive.

The UK Large Merchant and Acquirer team is dedicated to serving the needs of our merchant and acquiring partners. We want our clients to see Visa as a trusted strategic partner that delivers tangible value and is easy to do business with.
Visa is searching for an Senior Manager Account Executive to partner with an established portfolio of strategic Acquirers and partners with operations in UK. The role requires close collaboration with teams across Visa to support the dynamic and varied needs of high growth partners. As an integral member of the Acquiring team, this individual brings account leadership, consultative selling and creativity to manage these new relationships, partnering with fast-paced clients to drive solutions, enable new flows, expand acceptance and grow Visa usage.
Reporting to the Head of UK Acquirers and working with colleagues across the business, this Account Executive will deliver on high-profile, cross functional strategies and plans, and, working in tandem with internal partners, accelerate deployment of Visa's digital products and solutions, and develop their business plans- to deliver sustainable revenue growth and achieve Visa goals.

What we expect of you, day to day.
Partner with strategic acquirers and partners- Build strong client relationships, be our internal CEO for these accounts and be the key business interface for these clients, to identify and secure new opportunities, establish preference for Visa payments and solutions, develop strategic relationships with business leaders and lead the account planning and execution processes for your designated clients.
Drive positive business outcomes - establish fluency in all Visa seller (acquirer) solutions and communicate and articulate all aspects of Visa value propositions, consultatively identify and prioritize needs and craft tailored solutions that drive specific commercial metrics (e.g. deployment of new digital solutions, acquirer business growth, Visa growth) and increase client satisfaction with Visa products and services. Learn, build and articulate the Visa value proposition.
Optimize business initiative investments - identify new opportunities for acquirers to partner with Visa e.g. digital solutions, commercial partnerships etc. - Leading to outcomes that will jointly benefit enablers and Visa (e.g. driving sales of Visa core and digital products, develop appropriate business cases and forecasts, advocate for funding, identify and deploy Visa resources to address objectives, track our performance, and use learnings to inform future investment). Partnering with Specialist Sales teams and Business Development, as necessary.
Support the expansion of Visa acceptance by matching Visa objectives and solutions to acquirers business development plans, including expansion into new markets, growth sectors, non-card payments, omni-channel solutions and terminalisation
Support the key foundational aspects of the acquirers businesses in partnership with the key SME's and functional teams across Visa
Establish strong internal partnerships - partner with functions across Visa to collaboratively deliver on responsibilities for various acquirer outcomes.
Develop a broad understanding of issues and trends affecting the payments landscape, including PEST opportunities and threats.
Strive to deliver Visa goals and be a role model for Visa leadership principles.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications

Experienced, results-oriented account executive with sound experience and a proven track record in managing important clients, developing relationships and sales partnerships.
Competent and comfortable to engage and work effectively with client and Visa stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships and communicate at all levels of the organization including executive management
Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to negotiate business agreements and to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships
Exceptional ability to manage and grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills collaborating across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment
Possesses high standards of ethics and integrity towards employees, stakeholders and customers.
