Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager to oversee operations at our Domino's store in Bath. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while adhering to food safety standards. This role requires effective team management and the ability to assist in food preparation, making it essential for candidates to have a background in food production or related fields.

Duties

Supervise daily operations within the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Implement training programmes on food safety practices and operational procedures for new hires. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production or hospitality management is essential. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and helping team members succeed.
