Market & Opportunity Development




Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with Unimrkt's global services and value propositions Drive new logo acquisition across assigned territories using a consultative, solution-led sales approach Generate opportunities both within and beyond the core industry through strategic prospecting and market outreach

Client Engagement & Relationship Management




Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes Act as a trusted advisor by positioning Unimrkt's offerings as strategic solutions rather than transactional services

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership




Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and achievement of revenue targets and KPIs Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals

Sales Execution & Deal Closure




Lead complex, high-value deal cycles across multiple stakeholders and geographies Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements Successfully close new business and support smooth handover to delivery and account management teams

Go-to-Market & Outreach Activities




Execute structured outbound campaigns, including email, calling, and social selling, to support lead generation and opportunity conversion

Brand Representation & Thought Leadership




Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate business leads

Stakeholder Collaboration & Mobility




Work cross-functionally with internal teams across regions to support global business objectives Travel within the UK and internationally, as required, for client meetings, events, and business development activities

Skills Required




Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Relationship management and stakeholder engagement expertise Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Leadership and team management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications and Experience




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regions * Minimum 5 years' experience in Market Research, B2B business development with a strong track record of closing high-value deals
