Daimler Buses are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager to lead their Technicians and Service Centre Teams. You'll take full responsibility for operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting turnover and profit targets.
The Role
As the Senior Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service and Parts, you will:
Lead day-to-day Service Centre and Mobile Technician activities.
Deliver on budgets, targets, and quality standards.
Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
Drive new business opportunities and growth.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
HNC/D in Motor Vehicle or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
Proven management experience in the commercial motor vehicle industry (Bus & Coach or Truck & Van preferred).
A track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering profitability.
Strong leadership, customer service, and commercial skills.

The salary is from 60,000 plus a 10% variable bonus.
39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
33 days holiday per year (including statutory holidays).
