Established as a new team in 2024, the Digital, Data and Technology are a key enabler of the charity's strategy, and to ensure every one of our colleagues can be successful in their roles. We are a collection of over 100 subject matter experts, and deliver over 200 services for the charity. Key to our success is the Delivery team, who support DDaT to deliver exceptional projects, programmes, continuous improvement, and major change initiatives, alongside our day-to-day operations.
We use multiple methodologies and are flexible in our approaches, matching our ways of working to the needs of the work. The DDaT Delivery Team are responsible for the whole programme, project and portfolio of work in the DDaT directorate, and the day-to-day oversight of all the work of the DDaT teams. In addition, DDaT Delivery are responsible for managing the engagement of DDaT teams in wider charity-wide projects and programmes.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of complex products and services that are being delivered by multiple DDaT teams. Working alongside the Director to deliver the DDaT Strategic Plan and lead the Delivery Team to ensure delivery of all projects are on time, on budget and in scope.
Reporting to the Director of DDaT, the post holder will be a member of the DDaT Leadership Team (DDaT-LT), responsible for engagement with Assistant-Director-level and above stakeholders on matters of Programmes, Projects and Delivery, aligning working practices with the new DDaT Operating Model.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
