About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Manager, Digital Product Performance.
This role will lead Liverpool FC's conversion rate optimisation and digital performance strategy across the club's commercial digital channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product Management, you will define and deliver the experimentation and personalisation roadmap, oversee governance for testing and digital brand standards, and provide strategic direction for optimisation tools such as Dynamic Yield, ContentSquare, and Hotjar. You'll translate behavioural data into actionable insights that shape the product backlog and influence commercial priorities, while managing a small multi-disciplinary team. The role also includes regular performance reporting to senior stakeholders and ensures that user experience enhancements, delivered via third-party design partners.
