This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the coordination of our Fundraising & Engagement culture and team operations to ensure the right focus and activities to deliver against our objectives. You'll need to enable and maintain a significant shift from a current focus on the performance of individual fundraising products to a holistic, audience-centric proposition approach that effectively and efficiently serves broader, changing needs.


You'll be at the heart of driving collaboration, streamlining processes, and aligning activities across the team to deliver maximum impact.


What will I be doing?



Oversee all planning requirements for Fundraising & Engagement & co-ordinate the annual & quarterly planning cycle for Fundraising & Engagement, ensuring plans and priorities are aligned across the function To oversee & co-ordinate the annual and quarterly planning cycles for Fundraising & Engagement, working closely with the Audience, Strategy & Planning function, ensuring that plans and priorities are aligned To work with propositions outside of Fundraising & Engagement to drive alignment and join up across departments To work across Fundraising & Engagement teams, activity & communities of practice to overlay the cross-function view (& align with all propositions) To work with Senior Leadership Team & Extended Leadership Team, to ensure clear direction, comms management, efficiency of meetings (e.g. agendas, minutes, actions etc...) and distilling of information To lead on key aspects of Fundraising & Engagement culture, team processes and activities

What are we looking for?



Significant experience and knowledge of operational planning, project/programme management and prioritisation tools, methodologies and best practice (e.g. use of OKRs, agile methodologies etc) Significant experience building collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders Adept at working in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to drive consensus around resource requirements Proven ability to work within a complex and ambiguous environment, ensuring speedy decision-making and timely resolution of issues Highly organised with a good understanding of project management principles/best practice Ability to create a clear and compelling narrative A proven commitment to continuous performance improvement and the capability to lead change and drive new ways of working in a dynamic and diverse environment
