The Senior Manager: Global Content Centre of Excellence will lead marketing's Content Centre of Excellence, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and impactful content delivery across global CIB marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for content strategy, curation, governance, optimisation and best practice -- with a focus on content management, prioritisation, and curation with an ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling content for diverse audiences-- to support business growth, brand positioning, and client/customer engagement.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Services, the role oversees the planning, creation, and deployment of global content assets across multiple channels and regions. The role holder will run the Global Editorial Board, ensuring content is aligned to strategic priorities, and will lead integration with sales enablement content for frontline colleagues to drive client conversations and revenue opportunities.
The role will lead a small, high-performing team, fostering strong collaboration with global, regional, and local marketing teams, as well as key business stakeholders.
