We're now looking for a Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Risk to join our Global Security & Risk (GS&R) team and lead strategic initiatives across our EMEA region. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the safety and resilience of our stores, partners, and customers -- both in company-operated and licensed markets.

What you'll do:

Champion health & safety strategy across EMEA, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Partner with licensees and internal stakeholders to align on Starbucks standards and local regulations. Lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact. Own the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring coverage and transparency. Represent Starbucks in industry forums and regulatory engagements. Keep policies and procedures current, relevant, and well-communicated.

How you'll make an impact:

Influence senior leaders and frontline partners through clear, compelling communication. Drive collaboration to assess and mitigate risk across diverse markets. Present business cases that connect safety with commercial outcomes. Build strong networks internally and externally to share insights and best practices. Conduct field visits across EMEA to support partners and assess risk.

What you'll bring:

Advanced H&S qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, NVQ Level 3). Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. A growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Experience working across multiple markets and cultures. Flexibility to travel and adapt to dynamic business needs.
