Role Overview

As a

Senior Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in:

Overseeing day-to-day branch operations and performance Conducting valuations and winning instructions Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of negotiators Driving revenue growth and hitting ambitious targets Maintaining the exceptional service standards that our brand is known for Shaping local strategy while representing a highly visible and trusted name in the marketplace
