We are looking for an experienced, determined and high performing

Senior Manager

to join the company as we enter an exciting period of growth and play a key role in the running of the venue. The ideal candidate would be highly organised, thrive under pressure and great with communicating to other managers and team members.

The Danieli Group who own and operate a number of leisure venues in the North East, have large expansion plans on the horizon. Our brands include STACK Newcastle, STACK Seaburn, YOLO Townhouse, YOLO Ponteland, The Muddler and Destination 1850. We bring people together through the universally shared pleasures of food, drink, music and entertainment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you the Senior Manager will be responsible for aspects of running the site, managing the team, driving sales and ensuing we hit targets. As well as all aspects of stock control and training.

Main Roles include;

- To maintain our high standards at all times

- To run shifts alongside the General Manager and oversee daily operations ensuring employee productivity and high standards in customer service at all times.

- Work alongside other managers to train and motivate team members.

- Ensuring the team has been trained to provide a high standard of customer service and drinks to company standard.

- Working with Assistant General Manager to assist with recruitments and training.

Must Have

- Personal license

- 2 years minimum experience in hospitality

- 1 year experience in management in high volume venue

Preferred

- Experience managing team

- First aid certificate

- Bar and cocktail experience

- Knowledge of cash management
