As Senior Manager, Project Management, you'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted conduit--turning portfolio priorities into well-run projects that enhance our financial and operational capabilities. What You'll DoLead and be accountable for ePMO projects and subprojects that enhance financial management, portfolio processes, tools, and enabling technologies.
Partner with business groups to capture portfolio/program requirements and use market intelligence/benchmarking to recommend process and tooling enhancements.
Design frameworks and proofs-of-concept to assess project and financial management functionality within our application landscape (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Jira).
Engage senior leaders across finance, technology, and business to define goals, operating models, and releases.
Implement and optimize tools/techniques for KPI tracking, dashboarding, and data reporting to support efficient decision-making.
Ensure compliance with ePMO processes and documentation standards (business cases, schedules, reporting) and liaise with Finance on funding, authorization, and analysis (forecasts, actuals, budgets).
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous testing and improvement of processes and resources.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects (e.g., focused area assessments, strategic initiatives, process revisions, training).
Champion the value of ePMO tools and processes to executives and key stakeholders; coach and guide team members to complete assigned tasks.
What You'll Bring
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree (Management Information Systems or Business preferred) or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of project management experience with multiple delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, scrum, scaled agile).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and one or more PM systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Demonstrated success delivering large change initiatives (business cases, vendor selection, process optimization, organizational change management) in a multinational, matrixed environment.
Strong team orientation with excellent verbal/written communication, including presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Practical experience with Finish-to-Start (FS) scheduling dependencies.
Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
Hands-on experience evaluating or integrating Workday, NetSuite, and Jira for financial/project management use cases.
