The Devices team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Engineering to lead the London engineering team.
You will be a manager of managers, leading engineering and quality teams, establishing technical standards to drive technical strategy. You will lead a team of managers, software developers, and program managers. You will work with large global customers to create an architectural vision for scale and growth in a fast growing business.
We are looking for a strong technical leader with a proven track record to working in highly distributed and scaled environment. You will be responsible of driving business critical goals with direct impact to customers, and influence teams across the devices org while driving to our mission. You need to be a strong problem solver with excellent people skills and a knack of making high judgment trade-offs on a daily basis.

Key job responsibilities
Experience of engineering team management experience
Several years of working directly within engineering teams experience
Experience of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams


Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications
