Position Summary
As a key member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Hotel Pre-Opening will lead and deliver strategic hiring initiatives for hotel leadership roles including General Managers, Executive Committee, and banded management positions. This role spans the full recruitment lifecycle--Planning & Intake, Proactive Sourcing, Talent Brand and Attraction, Diversity and Inclusion, Interviewing, Candidate Experience, Offer Negotiation, and Talent Insights. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance across the region to ensure an inclusive and efficient hiring experience. Additionally, the role will contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects aligned with Marriott's strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR across EMEA Hotel Operations to deliver on hiring plans
Lead intake conversations to define hiring needs, sourcing strategy, and interview process
Execute talent attraction strategies to position Marriott as an employer of choice
Proactively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events
Manage recruitment tools and systems to build targeted talent pools
Screen candidates aligned with Marriott's culture, values, and competencies
Guide offer recommendations and coordinate approvals with HR and Finance
Extend contracts and manage candidate onboarding processes
Inclusive Hiring & Employer Branding
Enable Hiring Managers with inclusive hiring practices and training (e.g., Unconscious Bias)
Research and implement recruiting approaches to attract diverse and non-traditional talent
Support programs that enhance talent attraction and retention
Talent Insights & Systems
Leverage Talent Acquisition dashboards to guide hiring strategy and performance reporting
Ensure strong data integrity and process adherence across core TA systems
Candidate Profile
Experience
Proven experience in internal Talent Acquisition within hospitality, recruiting leadership roles
Experience recruiting across European and Middle Eastern markets
Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement
Skilled in social sourcing and executing talent attraction campaigns
