Role: Senior Manager, Tax Advisory

Xeinadin Tax Advisory operates at a national level across the UK. We provide a central resource of tax advisory specialists for our UK regional offices to draw upon, complementing the work of existing tax teams in regional offices, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice across our client base.

Our work is diverse, interesting and provides significant added value. Key areas of focus include: corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more.

The Role:

Due to growing demand for tax advisory support across our UK offices, Xeinadin Tax Advisory are seeking an experienced professional to join our expanding team.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical advisory projects end-to-end. Provide clear, tailored advice across areas such as property structures, reorganisations, or shareholder exits. Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses. Support the development of our national service offering through articles, webinars, and thought leadership. Mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and excellence.

What We're Looking For

We are keen to speak to individuals who are qualified tax professionals (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or ex-HMRC). You should enjoy problem-solving and bringing practical tax solutions to life.

Demonstrated experience in at least one of our specialist service areas. A proactive and self-motivated approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in working with entrepreneurs and fast-growing businesses.
